Simply attach the foam...
Simply attach the foam ball to a variable speed drill and you can achieve a perfect gloss finish in minutes with or without wax, claims the maker. The ÷£14.99 sponge is suitable for alloys, paintwork and headlight covers, and is ideal for tackling hard-to-get at places such as spoilers and bumpers. Not only does it get to the nooks and crannies a conventional sponge misses, it is reusable, too. Simply clean the ball with washing-up liquid and let it dry.
We can reveal exactly...
We can reveal exactly how the German firm"s latest interpretation of its legendary performance car - caught winter testing by our spy photographers - will look when it goes on sale next year. At the front, the newcomer adopts the circular headlights of the 997-series Porsches, although it loses the ungainly large air ducts sported by the current-generation Turbo.
A low splitter finishes off the front end, and designers have also wheeled in bold new 18-inch alloys. At the tail, the trademark rear wing - which rises automatically at speed to increase stability - has been made bigger.
However, the real highlight is the engine. Likely to use a 450bhp version of the 3.6-litre twin-turbocharged flat-six-cylinder powerplant from the current Turbo S, the four-wheel-drive model will cover the sprint from 0-60mph in just over four seconds, and reach a maximum speed of 195mph.
It will be equipped with carbon brakes and a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, although an automatic transmission will also be available. Expect a price of around í‚á£95,000 when sales start in the summer. A cabriolet version follows later.
