Unveiled in China this week, it"s the size of a two-seater sports car, but has a 2+1 configuration, with a pair of front seats and a rear bench offering space for an adult or two children. It"s powered by an electric motor that gives a 0-60mph time of around 10 seconds, a top speed of 85mph and a range of 180 miles.
The doors open by swinging upwards to reveal a "floating" dashboard, which slides forward and back to aid cabin access. Instead of conventional switches, there are sensors to operate the stereo and climate control. When the driver"s finger gets within half a centimetre of the sensor, the systems are activated.
