This year marks the 25th anniversary of Audi"s quattro system, and the RS4 gets the latest generation of the four-wheel-drive layout. Previous RS models have also used all-wheel drive for maximum traction, including the twin-turbo RS6 and RS4. The first car to wear the RS badge was the RS2 Avant of 1993, which had a Porsche- modified five-cylinder engine with 315bhp. At the time it was the world"s fastest car, racing from 0-30mph in 1.5 seconds.

There are many solutions for drivers who want to use their phone and MP3 player in the car. And now, audio specialist Celsus has launched its offering: the new Bluetouch system.

It uses Bluetooth wireless technology to send information from mobiles with stored music to the touchscreen, which is mounted on the dash.

The display is removable for security, while up to five phones can be paired at once ò€“ handy for multiple users of one car. Plus, the hands-free feature has echo cancellation and noise reduction.

Regular software updates ensure the latest phones are compatible, and voice control allows you to dial by name or number. The Bluetouch is also the only device of its kind that works with Appleò€™s iPhone 3G.

Music is streamed wirelessly via A2DP technology, although there are 3.5mm jack, SD card, USB and iPod connections, too. The screen shows the iPod interface and many functions can be voice-activated.

Music and phone audio are played through two of the carò€™s speakers, and your tunes are muted automatically when

you make or receive a call.
