The Cobra badge is back...

The Cobra badge is back – but not on a supercar! This FPV Cobra pick-up was unveiled at the Sydney Motor Show, and is the work of Ford Australia’s tuning division, Ford Performance Vehicles.

It’s based on the firm’s Falcon, and is also available in GT Cobra saloon guise. Both models feature trademark Ford racing stripes and a potent 405bhp 5.4-litre V8. Other additions include an uprated exhaust, new limited slip differential, close-ratio manual gearbox and 19-inch alloys. Cobras will be a rare sight, though, because only 400 saloons and 100 pick-ups will be sold.
