Speed traps that snap a driver"s face are set to become more common on UK roads. One camera captures the rear number plate on film, while another a few metres ahead takes a second image to show who was driving. The set-up will end the traditional excuse where motorists avoid conviction by saying they don"t remember who was driving at the time of the offence.
