Removing trim from your...

Removing trim from your car usually requires a specialist set of bits ò€“ like this new package from Laser Tools. With 15 parts of various sizes and a quick chuck and socket adaptor, it should be all youò€™ll ever need.

The star drives in our set were ample for our test cars, and coloured rubber collars with size markings made selecting easy. But they did scratch and mark over time, and became harder to read.

A socket adapter enables the tools to be used with a standard ratchet, but the quick release chuck meant it was easier to use a drill. And while the casing wasnò€™t very stylish, it was sturdy and organised the contents well ò€“ the pop-up tray was useful.

A great selection of bits, and that chuck, make this a good addition to many tool boxes ò€“ albeit at a high price.
