Get more control over...

Get more control over your vehicleò€™s power and efficiency with one of these clever new tuning packages from V-tech.

The Redbox is for drivers who want benefits in terms of performance and economy, while the Greenbox is aimed solely at those looking to spend less at the pumps.

Both simply clip directly into the carò€™s wiring loom via special connectors. That means even the most mechanically challenged drivers will be able to fit them.

Whatò€™s more, they can be ordered with a USB port, which allows them to be linked to any Microsoft Windows-based device ò€“ such as a mobile phone, PDA or laptop. This lets owners access the carò€™s engine management system, so they can then alter the torque and power delivery characteristics of the unit.

V-tech says the Redbox can give your vehicle up to 20 per cent more power, although it can be fine-tuned to offer less bhp and improved economy.

The Greenbox can be upgraded to perform the same functions as the Redbox by downloading additional software from the Internet.

Thereò€™s also a Pro version for more advanced self-tuning ò€“ although whichever you fit, you should check that it wonò€™t invalidate your insurance.
