German design house...

German design house Startech, part of the Brabus group, has boosted the Jeep Commander"s 3.0-litre V6 turbodiesel engine by 44bhp to 262bhp. This slashes the 0-62mph time from 9.0 to 8.5 seconds, while increasing the top speed from 118mph to 124mph.

But the main focus is on looks, with Startech adding a striking front apron, new bumper and integrated LED ground lights, activated when the door is opened. Two cut-outs for the sporty oval exhaust pipes add to the appeal.

Monostar IV five-spoke alloy wheels, shod with 265/45 R20 tyres, and suspension lowered by 30mm complete the special Commander"s puposeful look. Visit www.startech.de for details.
