It"s 25 years since Saab first launched its Convertible and to mark the occasion the Swedish car maker is bringing out a Special Edition version of the 9-3. Debuting at next week"s Los Angeles Motor Show, the new Saab Convertible will be displayed in a unique bright champagne metallic colour to draw attention from the American public.

It took us a matter of minutes to secure, although you need to pay attention to the straps as one came loose during our test. The point of the device is that you shouldnò€™t notice it working, and it did the job without fuss. For the duration of our test we werenò€™t dazzled by a following car, and only occasionally did we notice a flicker as the unit changed between shaded and normal modes. Itò€™s a great retro-fit addition.
